Use of Advertising and Facilitators in Adoptive Placements

HB3628/PA 094-0586 became effective 8/14/05. Per the new law, facilitators are not permitted to operate in the state of Illinois unless licensed as an adoption agency. Only Illinois licensed adoption agencies can advertise in Illinois. All Illinois adoption agencies must be 501c3.
